Tired of being a criminal for who I am
Aiming to be treated equal to my fellow man
But fellowship is just shit, I see the knife and it slips
See my friend's gentle fingers stained red
It's said man is a pile of miserable secrets
Regrets and mistakes,
Just one more crack from a break
And yet when I think about all that's at stake
I take a deep breath and step forward with reverie
'Cause no one likes a fight with a foregone conclusion
Our rights are just illusions, it's time to cast a counter spell
