I can be a little grandiloquent
Mostly ’cause I tend to use words like grandiloquent
When it would have been more elegant
To say someone is being narcissistic, egotistic,
or a jerk
It unrealistic of me to think a big vocabulary
Would work in conversation
It only seems to cause frustration
My lack of tact makes me implacable
Restraining my verbosity seems intractable
So my adjectives will be exculpative
My verbs vindictive
And my nouns indicative
Of a man who reads the dictionary too much.
